As my rabbits are growing up I have a hard time figuring out for sure which ones I really want to keep. This is where the (Keep - Pending - Hold - Sold) come in place!

Keep - I am planning on keeping this bunny at this time. Things can always change as the bunny developes.

Pending - Someone has interest in the bunny and will be sending me a non-refundible deposit on the bunny. If the
deposit is not received with in 7 days of them saying there are sending it out it will again be available.

Hold - I have received the non-refundable deposit on the bunny. Sometimes people do back out for what ever
reason.  The bunny will then be put back up for sale if no further arrangements are made w/in a certian time period.

Sold - The bunny has been fully paid for. Once again if arrangements are made and not followed through with the
sale will be terminated. I also have the right to refuse a sale. The bunnies are like my kids and if something doesn't
seem right,  I will do what I think it best for my rabbits. They mean the world to me!

             know diseases or sickness.

          - The rabbit (if young) is old enough to leave the mother,  find a new home. and has been eating well for 2 + weeks on
its own. Sometimes things happen and the mother,  for what ever reason,  can no longer care for the babies.
I do my best to either get the babies eating food or fostered in with another litter.

          - That if the rabbit dies with in 7 days from the purchase date then I will either refund or replace your loss pending

          - That the rabbit, before and at the time of sale, has not been aggressive or shown aggression. I do not sell
aggressive rabbits. Some rabbits while maturing may show signs of aggression. Aggression problems can have a
lot to do with their environment and how they are treated.

          - The sex of the rabbit is correct at the time of sale. Rarely do I make a mistake at sexing, but sometimes things
down there can be very hard to see. Some rabbits make take longer than others to develope completely and some
may have deformalities that make it harder to sex them. It is your responsibility to check over the rabbit at the time
             of purchase.
I do not guarantee the following:

          - Teeth problems after the time of sale. Teeth can grow funny from a injury in the rabbits environment, pulling on
wire, chewing something not ment to be chewed on, etc.

          - Toe nail colors after the time of sale. A rabbit can loose a nail for whatever reason and it may grow back a different
color.  Especially with the dilutes or dilute / broken carriers. Lilac, Chocolate, Blue, Black, Broken are the most
common colors for this to happen in from my experience.

          - The fertility of your rabbit.

          - Aggression problems after the time of purchase. Aggression can be caused by a lot of things but may have a lot to
do with their environment or surroundings, other animals, or lack of care.

I will not refund or replace a rabbit that has gotten sick or died from improper care. It is the responsibility of the owner to properly care for their own animals. Improper housing / shelter, bad food and or water, stress, poor handeling, and environmential problems are some examples.

I will not refund or replace a rabbit that has gotten sick or died from the exposure /  injury from other animals or has injured itself. Keep them in a safe and calm environment. They can be spooked easily which may cause sever self injury.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Please remember that at animal swap meets all sales will be final unless we have made prior arrangements.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they have all my contact information at the time of sale. That way they can contact me if they have problems or questions about anything.

It is the buyers responsibility to completely check over the rabbit at the time of sale.

When purchasing a rabbit, it is the buyers responsibility to ask all questions they may have. The breeder / owner of the rabbit should be able to completely answer any and all questions the buyer may have. If they are not able to do so you might want to rethink buying from them.

And finally, do some research before getting a rabbit. There are many people, like me, that have been raising rabbits for years. Don't be afraid to ask questions even if you think they are stupid.  Sometimes those are the most important ones. If you would like to find a breeder in your area let me know. I will do my best to help you located a breeder in your area.
